Oshoke has been in active training for over a decade as a certified trained trainer by the Service Quality Institute New York and an expert in Leadership Development and Customer Service Delivery. He also lectures at CIPM training Centre for intending human resource professionals and has delivered trainings on various topics such as Personal Effectiveness, Customer Service Delivery, HR Functions & Processes, Marketing, Management etc.
Previous Appointment:
He has worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Elpee Consults where he also managed its subsidiary companies and engaged in multiple consulting assignments with various clients and gained experience working with start- ups, small businesses, as well as bigger organisations.
He is a former Banker with experience in relationship management with Bank PHB and customer service with ASO Savings & Loans Plc.
Education and Qualifications:
A graduate of Education with a professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPM) where he is an Associate member.
