Odunayo has a combination of candor and equanimity in providing highly rewarding corporate legal services in areas like; Drafting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Trademarks, Distributorship Agreements, Trusteeship, Consultancy Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Maintenance and Support Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Project Implementation Agreements, and Technical Support Agreements, Business Registration, Annual Returns Filing, and other Corporate/Legal Documents at the Corporate Affairs Commission and Trademarks Registry.

Previous Appointment:

Odunayo joins Protégé Management as Associate Legal Policy and Communication with 9+ cognate experiences. He doubled as a Solicitor and Group Head of Operations with Louis Valentino Group Nigeria Limited. He also worked with Dominion Chambers as an Associate Attorney, Counsel in Chambers with Century Law Firm with cognate experience in litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations.

Education and Qualifications:

Odunayo holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in Private Law from the University of Maiduguri, Barrister at Laws (BL) from Nigerian Law School Lagos, and Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate Governance and Law from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom.

He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries Software International (ICSSI), USA.
