Skills and Experience:
Kwasi Agyeman has over a decade of retained search experience and has worked up the ranks to his current position having served as an associate. In addition to his search experience, he has hands-on experience in training and development, coaching and mentoring senior executives, and succession planning of CEOs, growth strategy development and execution, general operations from his years in business. He also consults for Ghana’s upstream petroleum industry regulator, Petroleum Commission, where he leads Learning and Development.
Previous Appointment:
Prior to joining the Commission in 2012, Kwasi led Business Development and HR leadership team at Edison Chouest Offshore Ghana Limited. He also worked in various capacities at the Newham College – London, Village Aid UK – Bakewell, University of Derby, Enset Enterprise Limited and National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO).
Education and Qualifications:
Kwasi holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Derby Management School, University of Derby, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana.
Affiliations:
He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), United Kingdom.
