Skills and Experience:

Gloria has a blended experience in human resources generalist with a forte in people diversity and organisational development. Her areas of expertise span across people and talent management, expatriates management, alumni management, employee relations, and employee welfare management.

Previous Appointment:

She joins Protégé Management from Eta Zuma Group West Africa, where she was Head of Welfare and Personnel Administration. Gloria is an excellent team worker and was actively involved in the implementation of the Business Processes Re-engineering (BPR) Human Capital Management project driven by automation using SAP software.

She also worked with 3AG Global Resource an overseas student placement organisation as a Human Resource Associate, providing a wide array of HR generalist function and organised seminars locally and internationally for students and parents alike. She also volunteers for St Mungo and Cancer Research initiatives at then non-profit organisation in the United Kingdom towards funds rising.

Education and Qualifications:

Gloria Ladi Ibrahim holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Arts in History and Relations from University of Jos. Gloria is a proficient user of SAP HCM modules and is well experienced in ITIL and PMP having undergone courses and training.
