where he has successfully navigated diverse industrial sectors to drive organisational excellence. Obed has held
pivotal leadership roles within major corporations, including; Group Head of Human Resources, Louise Valentino
Group Limited and Head of Human Capital Management, Etazuma Group West Africa (Nigeria's largest coal mining
operation). As a recognised thought leader, Obed serves as a Knowledge Partner and Independent Consultant for
elite global professionals networks, including; Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), Lynk Global, and Strat Lancer. In these
capacities, he provides high-level insights and strategic answers to critical business questions for industry-leading
organisations through executive briefings, strategic focus groups, and board-level consultations. Obed specialises in
