Oliva joins Protégé Management from Eta Zuma Group West Africa where was Recruitment Officer, providing recruitment support service both within the organisation and to client organisations. Olivia is skilled in handling recruitment processes right from inception to completion with the combination of candor and equanimity. Her industry experience includes mining, power, consulting, and information technology.
Oliva was a trusted business partner, joined in advising the CEO on talent management strategies and was co-instrumental in successfully transition automation of HCM processes using SAP softwares of Eta Zuma Group West Africa.
Oliva Nwankwo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Imo State University and currently undergoing MBA degree in Human Resources Management from Nasarawa State University. Olivia has an excellent usage of SAP HCM modules and also experienced in ITIL and PMP certified having got trained. In her free time, Olivia enjoys playing Chess with family members and friends.
She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
